Terms of Service

Use of the Service
GrantableHQ is provided to help organizations manage post-award grant records, requirements, documents, reimbursement activity, reports, and audit support packages. Users are responsible for ensuring that information entered into the service is accurate and appropriate for their organization.
Accounts and Authorized Users
Access is limited to invited or approved users associated with a customer workspace. Customers are responsible for assigning appropriate user roles, removing users who no longer need access, and maintaining internal policies for what may be uploaded.
Customer Data
Customers retain ownership of grant records, documents, financial imports, notes, and other content uploaded to the service. GrantableHQ uses customer data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
No Professional Advice
GrantableHQ is an operational software tool. It does not provide legal, accounting, audit, grant compliance, or financial advice. Customers should consult qualified professionals for official compliance interpretations and filings.
Service Availability
The service is currently in an early-access stage. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change as the product matures. Production customer agreements should be reviewed before broad rollout.
